SEW-ALONG
In 2023, Laura was looking for a new project. Realizing that she liked larger blocks, and wanting something different, she played with shapes until she found a combination that sparkled for her. The Esther block was born!
Using five basic EPP shapes, the block can be completed in various sizes and lends itself beautifully to fussy/focus/meticulous cutting.
So many people loved this block when she first showed it, that she and her sister, Sara, decided to host an Instagram based sew-along.
This sew-along will start in September 2023 and run for 12 months. It is FREE! and it is your sew-along to do your way.
The sew-along is very flexible and informal. You choose the size blocks you like to make, You choose how many you want to make a month. There will be prompts along the way to encourage you to experiment and expand the ways you cut and join fabric to grow your fussy/focus/meticulous cutting skills.
